Emotional Health

Emotional wellbeing is multifaceted. Too often we go through life just “getting by” and suppress important emotions we may be experiencing. Sometimes these emotions take over and do not allow us to have healthy relationships or partake in the activities we once enjoyed. Studies conducted in psychology indicate that 90% of our thoughts in a typical day are repetitive and even destructive to our overall sense of wellbeing.  Luckily, the neurological make-up of the brain is changeable and can and will adjust overtime with the right form of therapy.
